/public/v1/imports/accounts

Provider and external ID bind one workspace record. New matching phone/email candidates require review; bind a target_id with expected_version under a new request key. Default preserve_local protects teammate corrections; external permits only newer source timestamps; qonvera ignores incoming fields. Retired identities cannot be recreated. Identity ownership is pinned to the credential and requires support-assisted transfer after key rotation. Imports do not create conversations, opportunities or marketing consent. Customer enquiries use the separate intake workflow. All retries use the same key and body.
